Our strength starts with our owners. Cody Barron brings over a decade of hands-on construction experience and a natural creative talent—if you can dream it, he and his crew can build it. Hailey Barron brings a strong foundation in organization and leadership, holding a Bachelor of Science in Public Health Administration from Sam Houston State University and nearing completion of her MBA. With over a decade of administrative experience, she helps keep operations clear, coordinated, and customer-focused.

Together, Cody and Hailey lead a team known for fast, reliable work and a down-to-earth, friendly approach.
